i got along with their baristas straight away. we were on the same page, so the work was smooth and their progress was quick. it was great fun working there!
named after the two cats of the owner, it was apparently the first barista cafe offering specialty coffee in london. our bohemian barista taught his skills to the baristas of all of their branches.
so, no matter in which branch you go, you always get a consistent quality product!
for me it was challenging to check the coffee quality throughout the company and only apply my training where needed. after a labour-intense, short period of time, i came back to the branches every now and then to ensure my work is paying off in a sustainable way.

honestly, i didn’t even know i could learn so much more in terms of coffee. The knowledge of the team of father carpenter is just extraordinary!
